The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth profitability and the development of the sales and marketing teams. This role includes implementing sales and marketing strategies and leading system and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have Connector Technology experience from concept/design to development and application of electrical and electronic connectors in industries including telecommunications automotive aerospace consumer electronics and industrial equipment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize sales efforts.
- Establish and track key performance metrics to measure success.
- Manage onboarding and training programs for sales and marketing employees.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with business goals.
- Oversee pricing strategies and adjustments based on competitive analysis.
- Ensure seamless communication between sales purchasing warehouse and marketing.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales management. Basic knowledge of Connector Technology.
- Education: College degree preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership problemsolving and strategic planning abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word) and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot).
- Communication: Ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong decisionmaking capabilities based on data analysis.
Working Conditions:
- Indoor office environment with occasional travel required.
- A hybrid work schedule may be available. The initial training period will be 100% in the office. T and TH are standard team office work days.
