Job Description
We are working with a heavily funded leading automotive company and as part of their continued growth NodeFlair has been engaged to search for both a Lead Platform Engineer to join their Singapore team.
The package is competitive at SGD 126k174k / year (excluding bonus).
About the Role
As a Lead Platform Engineer you will design implement and manage platform infrastructure deployment pipelines and development tools. Youll drive automation scalability and system reliability while mentoring a team and collaborating with crossfunctional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for internal developer tools.
- Enhance developer experience through selfservice platform operations.
- Drive DevOps SRE and security best practices.
- Manage thirdparty vendors and cloud service providers.
- Ensure 24/7 operational performance and compliance.
- Lead a team of DevOps SREs and Developers.
- Perform handson work with scripting IaC and custom tools.
Requirements
- 12 years in software development cloud architecture and infrastructure.
- 3 years leading teams and managing projects.
- Expertise in Cloud & EventDriven Architecture DevOps and SRE.
- Experience with security automation and CI/CD.
- Proficiency in Java Node.js Go or Python.
- AWS certification is a plus.
