Job Description
Job role: Product Manager
Duration: Contract to hire
Location: Plano TX Hybrid 4 days a week onsite and 1 day remote
Interview process: Onsite interview and video interview
Job Description:
Must have some software development experience
Must have experience in Scrum
- Driving product vision and roadmap to align with client strategic goals
- Scrum and Product Owner/Manager experience
- We need someone technical with prior work experience as a senior software developer manager of software development or solution architect.
- Exemplary communication skills
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
- Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the companys strategic goals.
- Manage the product backlog ensuring that it is wellorganized prioritized and uptodate.
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that user stories and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and understood.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates on product progress and gather feedback.
- Monitor and measure product performance using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion Agile methodologies and practices within the organization.
- Ensure that the product meets the highest standards of quality usability and functionality.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and delivery.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to crossfunctional teams fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
