Job Description:
The Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) Specialist is responsible for managing and negotiating
transfer pricing agreements between multinational corporations and tax authorities. The role
involves conducting indepth analyses of transfer pricing policies ensuring compliance with
local and international tax regulations and supporting strategic tax planning to minimise
disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
6 Years experience as an APA consultant
Good Experience in Transfer Pricing Analysis and Documentation
Good Experience in APA Negotiation and Management
Good Experience in Stakeholder Collaboration
Good Experience in Compliance and Risk Management
Good Experience in Training and Advisory
