Position: Digital Trust & Safety Specialist (Danish Speaker)
Employment Type: FullTime

As part of our growing operations we are seeking a Danishspeaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia Bulgaria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze online content to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to digital trust and safety including fraud abuse and harmful content.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement safety strategies and protocols.
- Provide support and guidance to users regarding trust and safety concerns.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and risks in the digital space to proactively address potential threats.
- Prepare reports and documentation on trust and safety metrics and incidents.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Danish (both written and spoken) native or nearnative level.
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of digital platforms online communities and internet safety issues.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
- Previous experience in trust and safety content moderation or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
