About the Role:
We are seeking a Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bulgaria. In this role you will be responsible for moderating content and advertisements across multiple platforms. This may include reviewing sensitive content such as violence ensuring that all posts comply with community guidelines and legal standards. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and respectful online environment for users.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and moderate usergenerated content and ads to ensure compliance with community guidelines platform policies and legal requirements.
Identify and assess content that may be inappropriate harmful or violate platform standards including violent content.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve processes and identify trends in violations.
Provide regular feedback to improve the moderation systems and tools.
Maintain highquality standards and be proactive in addressing emerging risks.
Requirements:
Fluency in any of the desired languages as well as English (both written and spoken).
EU passport or Bulgarian residence card.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to handle sensitive or disturbing content in a professional and calm manner.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe online environment.
Previous experience in digital content moderation or a related field is a plus but not required.
