Responsibilities
1. Financial and amp; Accounting Operations
- Lead billing invoicing and collections to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
- Oversee daily accounting functions including expense management accounts payable and reconciliations
- Design and enforce internal controls to uphold financial integrity and compliance
- Work with external accounting firms to optimize tax strategies and ensure accurate filings
2. Financial Reporting and amp; Analysis
- Deliver insightful financial reports to guide leadership decisionmaking
- Perform financial analysis to assess profitability operational efficiency and business trends
- Provide datadriven recommendations to optimize financial performance
3. Budgeting and amp; Forecasting
- Lead corporate budgeting processes collaborating across departments for accuracy
- Develop and refine financial forecasts to adapt to changing business dynamics
- Identify costsaving opportunities and drive financial accountability across teams
4. Continuous Improvement and amp; Compliance
- Enhance financial processes and best practices for efficiency and scalability
- Stay ahead of government regulations and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities to leverage government incentives and tax benefits
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as an Accounting Manager or Senior Accounting Specialist
- CPA CA CMA or CFA designation required
- Strong expertise in accounting principles financial reporting and compliance
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Excel and financial tools
- Exceptional analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to work crossfunctionally
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fastmoving environment
Compensation and amp; Package:
- Base: negotiable base they are open to seeing salaries at all level as long as you can justify
- Bonus: individual and corporate performance drive
- Benefits: Covered 100% for individual dependants requires some contribution
- Vacation: up to 3 weeks last week of December and first week of January full off
