We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to join our team. This position offers a handson opportunity to oversee day to day office operations supporting the executive team to ensure success for this organization.
What You ll Do:
Management:
Oversee and manage daytoday office operations ensuring a wellorganized and productive work environment.
Developing policies and procedures evaluating and providing recommendations to streamline processes
Project Management experience development of project plans deadlines and budgets
Manage the executive s calendar schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
Handle confidential correspondence and communications on behalf of senior management.
Prepare reports presentations and meeting agendas.
Events Coordination:
Plan schedule and coordinate programs workshops and events.
Communicate with trainers consultants and participants to ensure smooth execution of training sessions.
Track training budgets and manage invoices related to training activities.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain and organize company records databases and confidential documents.
Process invoices payments and expense reports.
Support HR functions including onboarding and coordinating employee training.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education in Business Administration and or 5 years in office supervisory role
Education and or experience in Project Management
Proven experience in supervising staff
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other business software.
Proficiency in Smartsheet business software.
Proficiency in working with CRM systems.
