The Head of Research and Development will be responsible for overseeing all research and development activities at Bi Paints. This includes developing and implementing research strategies managing a team of researchers and ensuring the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in industrial coatings and paints. This is a fulltime position based in Surat Gujarat India.

- 7 to 10 years of experience in a research and development role preferably in the coatings or paints industry
- Strong research skills with the ability to design and execute experiments and analyze data
- Expertise in industrial coatings and paints
- Knowledge of research methodologies and techniques
- Experience managing a team of researchers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problemsolving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proven track record of successful research projects
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Develop and implement research strategies for the organization
- Manage a team of researchers providing guidance and support
- Oversee the execution of research projects ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate research findings into product development
- Monitor industry trends and developments identifying opportunities for innovation
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies and techniques in the field of industrial coatings and paints
- Lead and facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and solutions
- Manage research budgets and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Prepare and present research findings and recommendations to senior management
