Job Description
- Highly sought after ACT Government Organisation
- $144.95 per hour including Superannuation
- Hybrid Role Canberra (Woden) location
Our client is a Government organisation who are seeking Future Capability Delivery Project Manager to join their team.
The Project Manager reports to the Senior Project Manager. Under their broad direction the Project Manager is responsible for the provision of project management advice and the delivery of successful projects in line with the delivery Frameworks and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of digital solutions projects by providing project management advice direction support and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of projects within agreed tolerances.
- Ensure that projects are managed in accordance with established frameworks processes templates and tools to ensure appropriate governance oversight and responsible management of projects and resources.
- Lead and manage the planning and implementation of assigned projects; facilitate definition of project scope budgets goals and deliverables and ensure that all relevant stakeholders are identified and engaged during the planning design and delivery phases of the project.
- Ensure that business need is clearly articulated and mapped to agreed benefits to support effective organizational change management and technical delivery.
- Provide project management advice and support to Project Sponsors and all areas of the departments system as required in relation to led projects.
Selection Criteria:
- Proven abilities in leading and managing the delivery of digital solutions ensuring outcomes meet strategic and tactical organisational business objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in developing managing and reporting on budgets and agreed project tolerances within an established framework.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills including the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders including clinical nonclinical vendor and management representatives.
- Desirable: Experience in the Health industry.
