The Role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Corporate team in a newly established position. In this role youll focus on enhancing sales processes for new business by supporting the sales and dealing teams while collaborating with sales leadership to drive operational efficiency. Youll manage key functions throughout the sales lifecycle work on improving data accuracy and reporting and assist with strategic sales initiatives that help accelerate revenue growth.

What Youll Do
Key Focus Areas for the Role:

  • GTM Planning and Execution: Lead the planning execution and evaluation of various sales growth initiatives from shortterm campaigns to client acquisition and trading behavior improvements to larger new product rollouts.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze the teams lead sourcing pipeline progression and overall pipeline trends to generate actionable insights and refine strategies.
  • Client Insights and Data Enhancement: Provide datadriven insights to better understand client needs and priorities for both new and retained business. Collaborate with sales leaders to integrate innovative strategies.
  • Targeted Lead Sourcing: Identify highvalue opportunities in new business to support the new business teams and drive growth. Leverage multiple lead sourcing tools including Lushha and Cognism.
  • Tools and Systems Integration: Leverage your knowledge of Pipedrive to help the team adopt best practices and fully maximize its capabilities.
  • Sales Enablement and Training: Create process documentation and provide training to sales teams on best practices tools and workflows to ensure efficient and effective deal execution.

Who You Are:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency and Passion for Data: Skilled at analyzing large datasets spotting trends and providing actionable insights to improve sales performance and operational efficiency. Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills including data manipulation.
  • Focus on Operational Excellence: You understand how operational efficiency directly impacts business outcomes and are driven to continuously refine sales processes to increase effectiveness and revenue growth.
  • Experience with Sales Tools: Experience with Pipedrive PowerBI and other relevant tools with the ability to generate reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Thrive in a collaborative environment and have experience working crossfunctionally with key stakeholder groups such as Product Marketing and Data teams to deliver results.
