We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to join our team i. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities developing strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations proposals and negotiations
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform business strategies
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators providing insights to senior management
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a highperformance sales culture
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles
- Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills with a customerfocused approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and innovative approach to problemsolving
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Indepth knowledge of market research techniques and business strategy development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions

- Strategic thinking and ability to see the big picture while managing details
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
