Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to join our team i. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities developing strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations proposals and negotiations
  • Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform business strategies
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators providing insights to senior management
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a highperformance sales culture

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles
  • Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills with a customerfocused approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and innovative approach to problemsolving
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Indepth knowledge of market research techniques and business strategy development
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
  • Team player with leadership potential and the ability to motivate others
  • Strategic thinking and ability to see the big picture while managing details
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events


Additional Information :

experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
additional languages are a plus
