Job Description
- Lead the Digital Product roadmap priorities and operations for Qantas Business Rewards helping to deliver value for Australian Small to Midsized businesses
- Translate customer and business priorities into meaningful digital solutions with our internal development teams as well as our external technology vendors
- Permanent fulltime role based at Mascot Head Office.

As the Digital Product Manager youll lead and maintain the digital product roadmap priorities and operations for the Qantas Business Rewards digital ecosystem. Youll be a manager with a customercentric mentality and responsible for defining and executing a digital product vision strategy and roadmap. This role is responsible for translating business and customer problems or opportunities into defined digital product solutions by leveraging insights ascertained through customer research commercial and operations performance metrics. You will also communicate recommendations and influence senior leaders and core stakeholders across the Qantas Group with the ultimate aim of developing supporting and continuously improving our customer value proposition.
The Digital Product Manager is responsible through their squad for the delivery of new features enhancements initiatives with ultimate authority on what will be included in each sprint and accepting completed work as done with validation from real customers
and endusers.
What Youll Bring:
- 5 year experience in Digital environment with a focus on Product ownership /
development - 2 year experience working in Sales Marketing Product or Digital operations as well as leading and managing a large team
- Deep knowledge in customer and product discovery implementation and
measurement processes - Strong digital Product management skills including product discovery
implementation feature prioritisation and measurement processes - Experience owning and managing complex eCommerce platforms preferably within
the Travel Industry - Experience developing software products in house or using SaaS or external
vendors to deliver functionality - Experience or familiarity in using Airline Technology systems such as ATPCo Amadeus/Sabre or other airline reservation systems highly advantageous but not essential
- Experience developing maintaining and communicating an Agile Product roadmap
- Customer validation and testing including iteration reviews and User Acceptance
Testing - Strong Stakeholder management and influencing skills particularly in a crossfunctional environment
- Strong presentation skills including developing material or supporting creation of business cases for stakeholders and senior leaders
- Strategic mindset and ability to communicate vision and priorities
- Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence to help steer product
development to positive outcomes
