About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Assistant Accountant to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
This is a permanent Fulltime position
This role involves the combination of financial accounting and management accounting related tasks.
- Follow up and manage overdue invoice payments especially in factory and supply chain areas over the next six months.
- Assist balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany recharges.
- Assist variance analysis on monthly fiscal management reports.
- Support invoice and stock reconciliation particularly for upcoming projects.
- Assist the team with various data sorting and validation tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Assist in monthend and yearend closing processes by preparing necessary journal entries.
- Perform ad hoc projectrelated tasks to support financial operations.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Minimum 23 years experience in accounting finance or similar roles
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office intermediate excel skills
- Strong organizational skills and work under deadlines
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred.
