This role offers an exciting career path starting with core administrative duties and evolving into a trainee position with longterm growth potential.
The Position
In this entrylevel position you will be the welcoming face of the office while handling a variety of administrative and reception tasks. Over time you will receive training and development opportunities to transition into a Trainee Assistant Community Manager (ACM) role providing support to the team and paving the way for a future as a fullyfledged ACM.
This is a fulltime officebased position located at our centrally positioned Adelaide Street office with working hours from Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Trainee Assistant Community Manager (ACM)
You will begin your journey into the strata management industry by developing the foundational skills and knowledge required to become an Assistant Community Manager (ACM). Over time you ll assist with supporting community management teams and gain handson experience creating a pathway for a rewarding career in strata management.
Key Office Assistant Responsibilities:
Meet and greet clients ensuring a professional and welcoming reception.
Manage meeting room bookings and maintain clean organised spaces.
Order and manage office supplies including stationery.
Organise and oversee birthdays and anniversaries to enhance team culture.
Assist the Executive Management team including diary management and preparation for meetings.
Support the team with overflow tasks and other general office administration duties.
About You
We re looking for someone eager to start or further develop their career potentially a recent schoolleaver who brings enthusiasm and a positive "cando" attitude.
To be successful in this role you ll need:
Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
Excellent communication skills with a professional and personable demeanour.
