Job Description

This strata entrylevel position in Brisbane offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and experience while managing a small client portfolio. You will receive comprehensive training and support across the full life cycle of a client portfolio gaining exposure to both Assistant Community Manager (ACM) and Community Manager (CM) responsibilities.

We re looking for someone who can bring confidence professionalism and maturity to the role. While prior experience isn t required you should be comfortable managing challenging clients and handling complex meetings when needed.

This role is varied and fastpaced perfect for a handson individual who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a high volume of emails and phone calls
  • Preparing documentation such as correspondence agendas and meeting minutes
  • Ensuring meeting timelines are met and managing diaries
  • Attending meetings and accurately recording minutes
  • Building strong relationships with clients and working closely with committees
  • Providing advice and responding to client queries
  • Handling correspondence and assisting with dispute resolution

About You

To excel in this role you will be a selfstarter with excellent administration and customer relationship skills. You will also bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional problemsolving and negotiation abilities
  • Outstanding time management and prioritisation skills
  • The ability to quickly absorb and follow detailed processes
  • A keen eye for detail every detail counts
  • Proficiency in using multiple software applications (e.g. BCMax Microsoft Office/Teams)
  • Strata experience is preferred but not essential
