1. Establishing the processes relevant to the parts business Inventory Management.
2. Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of spare parts to meet customer demands.
3. Ensure timely approvals and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
4. Manage relationships with dealers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
5. Lead motivate and develop a highperforming sales team to achieve business objectives.
6. Formulate and implement innovative business plans to capitalize on market opportunities.
7. Conduct market analysis to identify pricing trends and the competitive landscape.
8. Proven experience in Budgeting and cost controlling.
9. Optimize inventory planning processes to minimize stockouts and excess inventory costs.
Required skills and qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management. Business Administration/Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
2. 510 years Experience in same field.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
5. Selfmotivated and result oriented.
6. Bilingual Arabic/English (Arab speaker preferred).
7. High skills in leadership and organization.
8. Experience in Commercial and Heavy Equipment Parts.
9. Proven experience in Parts ordering and planning.
