Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation & Benefits Consultant to join our Human Resources team in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both compensation and benefits with the ability to design implement and manage competitive compensation programs that attract retain and motivate top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Evaluation and Analysis:
    • Conduct job evaluations and analyses to determine appropriate compensation levels.
    • Develop and maintain job descriptions and classification systems.
    • Provide guidance on job grading and salary benchmarking.
  • Benchmarking Across Geographies:
    • Perform comprehensive benchmarking studies to compare compensation and benefits across different geographies.
    • Analyze regional market data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices globally.
    • Provide recommendations based on geographic compensation trends and costofliving adjustments.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and wellness initiatives.
    • Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to employee benefits.
  • Employee Communication and Support:
    • Communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees and provide support for related inquiries.
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on compensation and benefits topics.
    • Collaborate with HR business partners to address employee concerns and provide solutions.
  • Compensation Strategy:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of compensation strategies that align with the companys business objectives and market trends.
    • Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures and practices.
    • Contribute to the design and management of salary structures incentive plans and equity programs.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyse compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make datadriven recommendations.
    • Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics to senior management.
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A Masters Degree or relevant certification (e.g. CCP CEBS) is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits preferably in the IT industry.
    • Proven experience in designing and managing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
    • Indepth knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
