This includes classic product support as well as operational and monitoring responsibilities within the scope of CLIENT Remote Services. Knowledge of L1 L2 level production support and technical issue resolution Knowledge on mapping / converter (any to any file format) using BICMD or equivalent tools from other integration products like IBM Sterling Integrator TIBCO Software AG Axway Mulesoft etc. Well versed in Trading Partner Onboarding and communication setups.(AS2 FTP sFTP HTTPS OFTP JMS Idoc etc.) Experience on various file formats like X12 EDIFACT JSON XMLcXML fixed length industry specific transactions endtoend testing practices and procedures within the field. Well versed with CLIENT BIS Front end configuration Message tracking Development Studio BICMD added advantage. Certificate generations setting up user Password encryption settings Configuration of multi tier password policies pgp encryption and ssh keys etc. added advantage Assist in production issue resolution and root cause analysis. Gathering user feedback on the accuracy efficiency and functionality of the system. Assist in production issue resolution and root cause analysis. Review logs for Production issues and user activity s. Knowledge on TPM (Trading partner management) added advantage Proficiency with B2B and Monitoring solutions added advantage Reviews system periodically for betterment and identify room for improvement. Experience in solving Data quality issues and Connectivity issues. Analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills Willingness to investigate diagnose and solve complex problems quickly and analytical skills. Capability to work independently when required and also contribute to the team when situation demands. Global thinker that can discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and project them into the future Must have good oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers. Preferred Qualifications 7 years integration experience on CLIENT integration suite or other integrations products like IBM Axway Open Text Cleo Mulesoft Apigee Dell Boomi Oracle etc. Demonstrates expertise with Amazon Web Services /Google Cloud Platform and other Cloud platforms. Bachelor s degree in Computer/IT (BCS MCS B.E B.Tech.) Programming knowledge is must (C C Java etc.) Experience on BIS Suite Front End configuration added advantage Experience on BICMD or another mapping tool added advantage Well versed on Communication Protocol like FTP sFTP OFTP AS2 HTTPS Webservice and its set up. Knowledge on HPSM JIRA Remedy SNOW Putty WinSCP Filezilla Proficiency in various file format and standards like JSON XML IdocCSV cXML fixed length EDIFACT X12 () etc. Proficiency with database systems (e.g. DB2 Oracle SQL and/or Sybase) will be an added advantage. Proficiency with UNIX. LINUX and Windows platforms. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly. Proficiency with shell and JAVA scripting will be an added advantage. Proficiency with B2B and Monitoring solutions will be an added advantage. Having experience with industry specific business processes and related message/file formats is a plus. Excellent analytical & communication skills.
