- Lead and deliver cultural behavioural and transformational change initiatives as part of the Data and Regulatory Transformation (DART) Program.
- Apply structured methodologies to design and execute tailored change management strategies including stakeholder analysis impact assessments and communication plans.
- Drive adoption of new technologies tools and processes to position the NDIS Commission as a datadriven contemporary regulator.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement workshops build organisational change capability and foster alignment across diverse groups.
- Collaborate with Communications and Training teams to design develop and deliver engagement and training materials.
- Identify risks and resistance points developing proactive solutions to mitigate challenges and ensure seamless adoption.
- Implement and monitor success measurement systems providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring effective communication and trust to drive the change agenda.
- Successfully deliver change programs in hybrid environments using a mix of waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Build a strong understanding of change management best practices promoting organisational readiness and sustainability.
