- Manage and achieve sales targets taking responsibility for revenue margin and unit goals.
- You will network across all levels from Clevel executives to laboratory scientists performing sales analysis to create short and longterm forecasts.
- Lead the development of strategy with our primary partner creating a roadmap to capture new opportunities present proposals and handle seniorlevel negotiations and contracts.
- Drive business reviews presenting performance updates and identifying areas for growth to strengthen the partnership.
- As the primary sales contact for the account you will be the point of contact for commercial communications and support the sales team throughout the process.
- Identify solutions for client needs overseeing customer demand and coordinating product delivery with production.
- Contribute to new product development and work on boosting international brand awareness through roadshows and tradeshows.

This role can be based remotely in Europe however travel will be required for around 75% of your time (domestic and international). Please only express interested if you are happy with a significant amount of travel.
Qualifications :
Essential Experience:
- 5 years experience in an IVD related sales management role focusing on B2B strategic partnerships and/or corporate account management.
- Bachelors degree in biomedical science or a related field e.g. clinical biochemistry.
- Biochemistry & Immunoassay expertise is critical.
- A strong connection to EMEA end user diagnostic laboratories and networks is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presenting skills comfortable pitching to a senior level.
- Advanced Excel and finance skills to support with sales forecasting & complex price modelling.
