About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesoriented Manager to drive strategic business growth and ensure in the second phase operational excellence within the UK operations. This role offers significant opportunities for professional development within a stable and forwardthinking organization and is meant to grow into a successor to the current Managing Director planning to retire with a bridging time of 1218 months. - Team Management: Lead and inspire a management team fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and professional development.
- Operational Oversight: Provide handson support in commercial and technical areas including strategic account management project execution operational problemsolving and continuous improvement.
- Financial Acumen: Monitor financial performance contribute to budgeting processes and ensure profitability while managing cost challenges (e.g. energy and labor costs).

- Proven track record in senior leadership roles equivalent or aiming to naturally grow into the target role within industrial companies manufacturing and selling both technical readymade and customized products.
- Strong background in UK or European key account management with demonstrated success in driving sales and building longterm customer relationships.

- Residency within North West England area given the importance of onsite presence.
