Job Description
Position: Motion Designer
Location: Bogota Colombia
Employment type: Fulltime
Work model: remote
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating highquality visual motion projects consistently.
- Deciding on the layout and placement of text and visual elements.
- Developing assets based on project briefs.
- Reviewing final designs and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Collaborating with the design team to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Adhering to creative direction and maintaining brand consistency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Demonstrated expertise in the concept development and completion of motion design projects.
- Have previous experience in both design and realization of printed and digital graphic pieces (such as banners cards brochures social media etc).
- Strong knowledge of graphic design tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Solid understanding of graphic design principles to enhance visual communication.
- Highly creative with a strong ability to innovate.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Adaptable openminded and a cooperative team player.
