Job Description
Become the linchpin of daily operations for a bustling cleaning service provider as their Bilingual Administrative Assistant. In this pivotal role you ll manage a high volume of client interactions coordinate team communications and oversee various administrative tasks. Your bilingual skills will be crucial in bridging communication between Englishspeaking clients and Spanishspeaking team members. Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with clients and team members seamlessly switching between English and Spanish as needed
- Efficiently schedule and organize cleaning appointments for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial clients
- Provide topnotch customer service handling client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
- Facilitate clear communication between Englishspeaking clients and Spanishspeaking team members ensuring smooth operations
- Coordinate and optimize team member schedules and assignments to maximize efficiency
- Support sales efforts through both inbound and outbound calls contributing to the company s growth
- Manage documents and perform various organizational tasks to maintain smooth business operations
- Participate in daily interactions with business owners providing updates and managing tasks to drive business success
- Utilize and maintain customer management systems to ensure accurate client information and streamlined processes
Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (speaking reading and writing) is essential
- Exceptional communication skills in both languages with the ability to switch effortlessly between the two
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
- Customercentric mindset with a professional demeanor and the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Salesdriven attitude and experience in handling sales calls (preferred)
- Familiarity with scheduling and customer management systems (preferred)
- Ability to work remotely with provided necessary hardware (computer and internet)
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday approximately 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
