Job Description
Mandatory Skills
- Proficiency in Banking and Financial Technology Architecture models
- Experience in Temenos Technology frameworks (BaaS) and exposure to Integration/interfacing with various systems
- Strong knowledge of Core Banking
- Atleast 12 years of experience in role of Transact Architect
- Experience in TEMENOS Implementation on medium to large scale programs
- Should have experience working with Temenos Transact implementation in both onprem and Cloud based e.g. Azure and AWS
- Good knowledge of IF IRIS DLM RR Interface Development Open Financial Services (OFS)
- Java (L3) development knowledge on Transact will be an added advantage.
- Should have worked on Transact Engagements from R20 and above releases
- Must be able to understand the client IT landscape and ensure solutions are proposed after deliberating on adaptability scalability ease of configuring and ensuring it works seamlessly with upstream or downstream interfaces
- Should have experience managing client’s Senior IT stakeholders conducted technical solutionwalkthrough be able to articulate and explain solution/architectural blueprint for the target state
- Should have Experience in mentoring and managing team atleast a 3–5 members
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Implementation methodology is a must.
- Should be comfortable on agile ceremonies and be able to help review and contribute from a solution perspective on technical deliverables e.g. TSD IDD etc.
- Should have excellent proficiency in different integration patterns and its associated technology e.g. API management and orchestration MFT Microservices etc.
- Candidates with certifications related to architecture would be preferred e.g. TOGAF
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transact Solution Architecting
- Reviewing proposed solution jointly with the development team
- Should contribute to technical estimation
- High level idea on Transact parameter setup
- Individual contribution to creating Solution Architecture blueprint
- Walkthrough and presentation to Senior IT stakeholders including clientside architects
- Ensure best Integration pattern is suggested based on the scenario in discussion and should ensure technical feasibility and aligns with business objectives
- Should help review Design & Technical Specification Document
QUALIFICATION & T24 SKILLS REQUIRED
- Have at least 12 years of experience in Transact
- Experience T24 Design Architecting Development & Customization
- Temenos Transact TCCP Certification
- Interface Design & Development Open Financial Services (OFS)
- Knowledge on T24 Integration framework Extensibility Framework Design studio IRIS DLM MultiTenancy
- Exposure to TAFC and TAFJ
- Multicompany setup
- Agile concepts knowledge on Project lifecycle management tools for e.g. JIRA and ALM
- Technical knowledge of Transact Retail would be an added advantage
- Understanding of integration aspects between the various modules and products of T24
- Sound knowledge of T24 implementation methodologies
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
