Job Description
Comprehensive QA Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of existing QA and testing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Architecture Design: Architect and implement sophisticated testing frameworks and environments incorporating the latest in Automation and DevOps methodologies
Test Data Management: Develop and implement strategies for managing test data ensuring data quality integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
Advanced Solution Development: Develop cuttingedge solutions to enhance QA practices focusing on scalability efficiency and integration with DevOps. Utilize AI/ML based solutions where possible for point solutions.
Strategic Reporting: Prepare and present detailed strategic reports that outline findings insights and forwardlooking recommendations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with executive stakeholders across Development Product Business and QA to align QA strategies with business objectives and secure buyin for advanced technology implementations.
Leadership & Advocacy: Champion the adoption of new testing technologies and methodologies providing guidance and leadership across QA teams.
Qualifications:
Experience running workshops and assessments to understand requirements and define the core problem statement to address
Domain experience across multiple verticals Retail BFSI Healthcare (preferred) HiTech
Understanding of all parts of the QA Lifecycle Functional Automation Performance Reliability Accessibility
Experience with a RPA tool is a plus but not essential.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to influence Senior Technical Stakeholders.
Excellent understanding of Agile processes like Scrum Kanban
At least 10 years of professional experience in QA and testing roles with a minimum of 5 years in a senior technical consulting or architectural position focused on test automation.
Expertise in test strategy formulation and execution test automation and QA methodology.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Extensive experience in designing and implementing test automation architectures within complex IT environments
Hands on experience with cloud (AWS Preferred) DevOps and Microservices architectures
Proficiency with automation tools and frameworks like Playwright Cypress Selenium Cucumber Postman RestAssured SuperTest
Strong programming skills in languages such as Javascript Python Java or Ruby particularly in a testing context.
Strong Knowledge of Test Data Management practices and SQL based DBs. NoSQL would be a plus but not essential
