We are seeking a Solutions Architect with a minimum of 8 years of experience in this role specifically with knowledge and a minimum of 5 years experience specifically using the Veeva platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing campaigns for pharma/biotech clients. This role will report to the VP of Engineering.

The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver architecture development and deployment of multiple fullstack enterprise applications integrating Veeva’s solutions to ensure performance.
- Collaborate with clients project managers and internal teams to design technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop and present highlevel architecture diagrams and detailed designs for systems ensuring alignment with business needs and technical constraints.
- Recommend best practices for technology selection platform integration and scalability.
- Lead technical discussions with clients explaining complex technical concepts in clear understandable terms.
- Oversee the technical implementation of solutions ensuring adherence to architectural designs and standards.
- Serve as a mentor to developers and junior architects providing guidance and feedback.
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure the solutions meet functional technical and budgetary requirements.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
- Architect and implement cloudbased solutions (AWS Azure GCP etc.) ensuring scalability costeffectiveness and security.
- Define and guide the adoption of cloud infrastructure microservices and containerization strategies.
- Provide expertlevel support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the solution development and implementation stages.
- Perform system audits to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation for system architecture design specifications and deployment strategies.
- Regularly report on project status risks and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Prerequisites
- We value experience with pharmaceutical or biotech companies marketing agencies creative agencies.
- Must have proficient experience with the Veeva software platform.
- Ability to read existing code suggest improvement and do reverse engineering.
- A nice to have would be someone in Veeva technical presales.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 810 years of experience in solutions architecture software development or related technical roles.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloudbased solutions enterprise applications or largescale distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure or GCP) and related services.
- Nice to have: Proficiency in system design microservices containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
- Competency in Veeva is a must.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL NoSQL) API design and integration protocols (REST SOAP).
- Knowledge of networking security protocols and enterprise infrastructure.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to explain complex concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and the capacity to think critically under pressure.
- Strong leadership collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
