Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Relationship Manager to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 13 years of experience in relationship management and a proven track record of maintaining and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain longterm relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities within the existing client base.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 13 years of experience in relationship management or similar roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
- Goaloriented and proactive attitude.
- Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
