- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Knowledge of the GeM Portal is an added advantage
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and longterm retention.
- Prepare and present reports on customer interactions and sales performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market changes to improve sales strategies.
Requirements
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Graduates with 02 year of experience in sales or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a customerfirst mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment.
- Should have good communication in English ( Hindi added advantage )
