Job Description: Finance Lead
Position Title: Finance Lead
Experience Required: 4–6 years
Location: JP Nagar Bangalore
Employment Type: FullTime
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Finance Lead with 4–6 years of experience to oversee and enhance the
financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy compliance and
timeliness across all financial activities implementing robust systems to prevent revenue leakage and driving financial
efficiency.
This position requires a strategic thinker who understands that finance is not just about recording transactions but
involves auditing timely compliance and safeguarding the company’s resources to achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Statutory Compliance:
o Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST TDS PF ESI and other statutory returns.
o Conduct audits to ensure compliance and prevent penalties or interest from regulatory authorities.
o Implement processes to mitigate noncompliance risks.
2. Receivables and Revenue Management:
o Monitor and ensure timely collections of receivables to maintain a healthy cash flow.
o Develop action plans to minimize overdue payments and address revenue leakage.
3. Stock Audit and Reconciliation:
o Conduct monthly stock audits across various locations to ensure physical stock matches the records in
Tally.
o Address discrepancies and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
4. Budgeting and ROI Monitoring:
o Track and monitor budgets for new sales expansions ensuring expenses align with projections.
o Analyze ROI and provide actionable feedback to improve performance if returns fall short of targets.
5. Transaction Accuracy and Timeliness:
o Oversee daily financial operations ensuring all transactions payments and entries are accurate and
completed on time.
o Establish a makerchecker system to maintain integrity in financial records.
6. Audit and Risk Mitigation:
o Conduct regular audits of transactions to identify discrepancies and rectify them promptly.
o Implement AIdriven tools and automation to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
7. Collaboration and Communication:
o Work closely with sales operations and other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals.
o Provide financial insights and recommendations to address gaps in performance such as unachieved
sales targets or budget overruns.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
Tally Experience is Mandatory.
Professional certifications such as CA CMA or equivalent will be an advantage.
4–6 years of relevant experience in financial management auditing and compliance.
Proficiency in Tally Excel and other financial management tools.
Strong understanding of statutory regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in receivables management budgeting and ROI analysis.
