Opening for International Customer support Chat role in a top leading MNC Gurgaon!!!

Job Location Gurgaon (Candidates applying should be staying in Gurgaon city.....pick & drop facility would be available)
Eligibility Excellent in English Communication is must.
Nature Contract 12 months (While this is a Contract role the possibility of Onboarding on Client payroll may happen in case of exceptional performance and a business need at our Clients end)
Requirements
2.Handling chats which involves working in different time zones.
3.Handling multiple chats and initiating the right responses to them positively and professionally.
4.Flexible to work in shifts.
5.Excellent English both in verbal and written communication skills.
6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Exp Salary CTC 40000 up to monthly Other. (depends on last CTC and experience)
Shift Rotational shift and night shift
Notice period: Immediate joiners only
Qualification
Experience: 06 months to 5 years experience in Customer SupportTechnical support BPO Chat Process International Voice process Voice process Inbound KPO Outbound process Us Process / UK process/ Australian process etc can apply.
