Position Title: International HR Process Delivery Partner

Reports To: International HR Process Lead
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive International HR Process Delivery Partner to support the efficient delivery of HR services across multiple regions like Asia Pacific EMEA and US. This role involves analyzing HR processes ensuring compliance with global and local policies and providing operational support to enhance the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a deep understanding of global HR operations and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
HiretoRetire (H2R) Operations Delivery
- Provide operational support in the smooth delivery of HR shared services to various business entities and facilitate geographical alignment of HR processes.
- Analyze existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives in collaboration with global HR teams.
- Provide operational support for HR service delivery ensuring timely and accurate processing of HR transactions.
- Assist in the resolution of employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR teams across different regions to ensure consistent and highquality service delivery.
Compliance and Data Management:
- Ensure compliance with company policies local labor laws and international data privacy regulations.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate HR records and documentation.
- Implement and oversee measures to protect sensitive employee information.
Data Privacy and Security:
- Ensure compliance with international data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Implement and oversee measures to protect sensitive employee information.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a point of contact for HR service delivery issues and escalate as necessary.
- Communicate process changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal HR teams and other departments to facilitate effective collaboration.
Reporting and Metrics:
- Generate and analyze reports on HR service delivery performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR operations.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience international HR operations or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HRrelated software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
