Job Summary:
As a crucial member of our design team you will play a pivotal role in driving creativity innovation and brand excellence across all aspects of our visual identity. You will be responsible for effective efficient and brandaligned production of collateral digital and print. Success in this position demands a handson approach coupled with a creative mindset.
As a crucial member of our design team you will play a pivotal role in driving creativity innovation and brand excellence across all aspects of our visual identity. You will be responsible for effective efficient and brandaligned production of collateral digital and print. Success in this position demands a handson approach coupled with a creative mindset.
- Graphic Design projects for our diverse portfolio of brands ensuring each design reflects the unique identity of the brand.
- Updating product label designs in line with formula changes and regulatory changes whilst being consistent with the brand guidelines
- Update existing collateral and actively collaborate with the marketing team to implement necessary design changes improvements and templates across all brands.
- Conceptualization of visuals from inception to completion adhering closely to our brand guidelines and marketing strategies
- Creation of print and digital collateral for online platforms and retail stores
- Development of assets promotions and designs for our franchise marketing strategy
- Design flyers posters social graphics videos banners and any other assets as required in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including the lead designer and Marketing Manager to ensure alignment of design initiatives with overall business objectives and customer preferences.
About You
You will be entirely at ease operating in an autonomous environment demonstrating excellent time management high energy levels and a capacity to excel with independence and initiative.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role with a portfolio showcasing your creative work.
- Proficiencies in Adobe Creative Cloud suite; XD Illustrator InDesign Photoshop Premiere Pro After Effects (desired)
- A strong understanding of design principles and the ideation process including research development evaluation and application.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.

- Setup and Location: WFH/Remote
- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)
- Employment Type: Fulltime
