Job Description
- Manage security settings user roles backups and disaster recovery processes.
- Monitor platform performance utilization and capacity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and outages.
- Develop and enforce IT policies standards and procedures.
- Support developers and users within servicelevel agreements.
- Manage software licenses and vendor relationships.
- Participate in oncall rotations and provide afterhours support as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Mathematics Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years of experience in IT systems administration in enterprise environments.
- 2 years managing/administering Epicor Kinetic.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure management (change problem and release management).
- Proficiency with Microsoft environments and enterprise applications.
- Experience with system upgrades disaster recovery and project management.
- Preferred: Experience with SQL relational databases (SQL Server Oracle) SSRS Power BI and cloud platforms (AWS Azure).
- Proficiency in MS Windows operating systems.
