SAP Service Delivery Manager

Location: Belgium (Hybrid Onsite and Remote)
Job Type: FullTime Permanent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of SAP services for our clients in Belgium. This individual will be responsible for the endtoend delivery of SAP services ensuring that SAP solutions are aligned with business goals service level agreements (SLAs) and operational expectations. The SAP Service Delivery Manager will work closely with internal teams external stakeholders and vendors to ensure optimal performance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the delivery of SAP services to clients in accordance with service contracts and SLAs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and the internal SAP service delivery team.
  • Coordinate and manage the endtoend SAP service delivery process including incident management change management problem management and service requests.
  • Monitor service performance metrics identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions when necessary.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of SAP projects ensuring they are on budget and within scope.
  • Ensure the availability reliability and scalability of SAP systems in accordance with agreedupon performance standards.
  • Manage resource allocation prioritization of tasks and scheduling of services for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead regular client reviews reporting on performance incidents changes and overall service health.
  • Ensure continuous improvement initiatives are implemented to enhance service quality customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee incident and problem management processes ensuring rapid resolution and minimizing business disruption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including technical and functional consultants to resolve complex issues and optimize SAP solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant security privacy and regulatory requirements related to SAP services.
  • Drive the development and implementation of SAP best practices and methodologies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP service delivery or SAP project management roles with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong experience in managing SAP support services including service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL).
  • Solid understanding of SAP solutions (e.g. SAP S/4HANA SAP ECC SAP Fiori SAP Basis etc.).
  • Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams prioritize tasks and manage multiple stakeholders in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong clientfacing skills with the ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to manage complex technical and business challenges.
  • Experience in managing change management and incident management processes.
  • Solid understanding of servicelevel agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Certification in ITIL or other relevant service management frameworks is a plus.
