Job Description

In this temporary role you will:

  • Manage assigned accounts in terms of order processing order follow up pricing integrity ontime deliveries and complete order fulfillment
  • Support all aspects of service to the customer including but not limited to: price quotes and quote followup technical and product recommendations sample department coordination
  • Promote and proactively communicate innovative new and changing products and services
  • Provide responsive order management support including order entry and expediting
  • Identify and champion customers needs and determine appropriate action
  • Initiate and implement initiatives which improve customer service and responsiveness
  • Coordinate with Logistics and Operations on capacity planning and scheduling proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives
  •  Escalation of structural issues
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives achieving goals support on customer growth projects
  • Ensure proactive communication within Customer Service and Sales network by sharing insights gained during allocated customer contacts in regards of service complaints or other important customer information
  • Backup teammembers when workload makes this necessary and during holiday period
  • Partner with Inside Sales to assist in achieving sales goals.
  • Provide customer service regarding the companys services and/or products also by  telephone.

Qualifications :

What we expect from you your expertise:

  • Fluent in English and French (written & spoken) is a must Dutch is preferred!
  • Experienced working in a customerfacing role
  • Able to effectively manage many priorities and issues
  • Strong organizational skills very detailed oriented and good followup skills
  • High customer orientation and friendliness
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • High degree of selfinitiative resilience and assertiveness
  • High IT affinity experienced working with an Order Management System
