Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership
Manage train and motivate salon staff including stylists and support staff to ensure high performance and teamwork
Create and maintain staff schedules absence and ensuring optimal staffing levels.
Conduct regular performance reviews staff recognition and advice on coaching and development opportunities
Ensure seamless teamwork and communication for efficient service flow
Create and develop a positive working culture that is respectful supportive and inclusive environment.
Establish and monitor individual and team goals to drive success.
Address conflicts or disagreements in a timely and professional manner
Create and ensure professional appearance and conduct

Customer Service
Create a warm friendly and professional first impression with clients
Ensure exceptional and highquality service delivery and a positive experience for all clients. This includes (but not limited to) addressing client needs facilitating timely delivery of service and obtaining customer feedback during and after service.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Maintain client relationships and promote long term relationships and client s loyalty.

Operations Management
Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures scheduling and appointment management and minimizing downtime.
Manage inventory ensure the salon is stocked with necessary supplies and order products timely as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
Develop and maintain protocol to handle unforeseen situations such as staff absence client complaints equipment failures emergencies and other issues.
Manage relationships with products and services suppliers including ensuring cost effective procurement if salon products and services. Establish and maintain service protocols and guidelines to ensure clients receive high standard of service every time.

Financial Oversight
Monitor the salon s monthly quarterly and annual budget expenses and propose and implement costsaving strategies.
Track salon s daily weekly and monthly revenue and expenditures analyze trends and advise senior management accordingly
Regularly review and advice on set prices based on market analysis
Set and achieve sales goals for the salon including retail sales and service targets.
Handle financial transactions including employee payroll commissions and tips.
Prepare financial reports and track key performance indicators of the salon performance
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and levies and proper filling of records
Ensure payment systems are secure and efficiently working.

Marketing & Promotions:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Utilize social media and other digital platforms to promote the salon s services and events.
Organize special events sales and community outreach programs.

Requirements

Education and Experience
Bachelor s degree in business administration Sociology Accounting or any relevant degree
Three to five years of experience in managerial or office administration role
Experience in maintaining front desk is desirable
Computer skills (excel word power point mails)
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
