Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a seasoned and dynamic General Manager to lead and manage the operations sales marketing and overall administration of a water bottling company based in Arusha Tanzania. The ideal candidate will possess extensive managerial experience within a reputable bottling company and demonstrate a strong ability to drive the business towards achieving worldclass standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership across all business functions including operations sales marketing and administration.
Develop and execute business plans to achieve company growth and profitability.
Build mentor and manage a highperforming team to drive organizational success.
Monitor and optimize operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand market share and customer base.
Foster a culture of excellence innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position preferably in a reputable bottling company.
Strong leadership decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
Proven experience in building and managing teams.
Excellent knowledge of sales marketing and operational strategies in the bottling industry.
Ability to drive business growth and maintain worldclass standards.
