Job Title: General Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee the operations sales marketing and general administration of a water bottling company in Arusha Tanzania. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a managerial role within a reputable bottling company and the ability to elevate the business to worldclass standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership across all business functions including operations sales marketing and administration.
Develop and execute business plans to achieve company growth and profitability.
Build mentor and manage a highperforming team to drive organizational success.
Monitor and optimize operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand market share and customer base.
Foster a culture of excellence innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position preferably in a reputable bottling company.
Strong leadership decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
Proven experience in building and managing teams.
Excellent knowledge of sales marketing and operational strategies in the bottling industry.
Ability to drive business growth and maintain worldclass standards.
