Ensure proper communication between Client and BPO Vantiva providing any information or clarification needed.
Material set up based on requests from Marketing Customer Operations Planning and/or Distribution Partners.
Process material creation request (MCR) custom pack requests (CPR) video version requests (ZVVR) and Component creation requests (CCR)
Pricing set up for Generic materials and Contract pricing
Process of sales deals price protection and reprices
Maintenance of materials sales deals and status according Customer requirements.
SOX Audit files set up Maintenance of SDS web pages to give visibility to retailers regarding titles being promoted.
Perform Audit of First Articles to make sure these accomplish customer requirements.
Requests Regie and Rating certificates governmental requirements for TNR NR or Collection Titles to be distributed in Quebec province in Canada
Keep in touch with PreProduction for Check Discs requirement for Regie and Rating.
Material Maintenance by updating Finish Good parts with corresponding Regie Certificate Number as well as Rating assigned to each title.
Performs Regie Determination on whether the regie rating will be included as part of the packaging artwork or as a sticker
Performs and request documentation for CMR Certificate
Audits and Uploads packaging artwork to the Regie Board for approval
Creates Regie Sticker Part Numbers in SAP
Compliance of assigned tasks in a timely manner
Escalate MD problems/issues to Lead and/or Supervisor for follow up as needed
Assist in the analysis and development of corrective actions to overcome problems and avoid reoccurrence of same type of errors
Fill the inspection forms for each processed activity
Provide support and back up to other team members
Strive to streamline operations and provide input for process improvement
Follow up on customer requests
Assist with training for new team members as needed
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree
English 80%
Knowledge of SAP
Good level of Microsoft Office Products. (Excel 50%).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and coordinate activities while working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
