Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule
- All with an hour unpaid break
- Agent 1. Monday Friday 12 a.m. 9 a.m. EST
- Agent 2. Wednesday Friday 7 a.m. 4 p.m. & Saturday Sunday 6 a.m. 3 p.m. EST
- Agent 3. Wednesday Friday 12 p.m. 9 p.m. & Saturday Sunday 3 p.m. 12 a.m. EST
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective residential and commercial customers
- Identify customer needs and sell pest control services/treatments
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to sell additional services
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly outbound call quotas
- Accurately log customer interactions and sales activity
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound B2C and B2B sales
- Strong phone communication and rapportbuilding skills
- Ability to pitch products/services and overcome objections
- Motivated selfstarter with a tenacious work ethic
- Proficiency with CRM/sales tools
- HMO Coverage for eligible locations
