Job Description

Job Title: AIDriven HR Lead

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Job Type: FullTime (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

We are seeking an AIDriven HR Lead to spearhead our talent management and employee experience initiatives by leveraging AI tools and innovative practices. This role will ensure the effective management of HR functions across our organization while optimizing processes for a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Talent Acquisition:

  • Use AI tools for candidate sourcing screening and matching to identify top talent.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for hiring across multiple brands.

  • Analyze market trends to create competitive and effective job offers.

  1. Employee Experience and Engagement:

  • Leverage AI tools to monitor employee engagement and satisfaction.

  • Develop initiatives to foster a positive inclusive and productive work culture.

  • Manage employee onboarding ensuring a seamless experience enhanced by automation.

  1. HR Operations and Process Optimization:

  • Automate routine HR processes like payroll attendance and benefits management using AI platforms.

  • Manage employee records and compliance with HR regulations.

  • Design AIdriven workflows for performance reviews appraisals and promotions.

  1. Learning and Development:

  • Use AI to personalize employee training and development plans.

  • Identify skill gaps and recommend upskilling opportunities aligned with organizational goals.

  • Track training outcomes and ROI using data analytics tools.

  1. Policy and Compliance Management:

  • Develop and enforce HR policies ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Monitor and address workplace issues proactively using predictive analytics.

  • Collaborate with legal advisors to manage risk and resolve disputes effectively.

  1. DataDriven Decision Making:

  • Analyze HR data to provide insights on retention engagement and workforce productivity.

  • Use AI tools to forecast workforce needs and succession planning.

  • Generate realtime HR reports to inform leadership decisions.

  1. Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Work closely with department leads to align HR strategies with business objectives.

  • Lead diversity equity and inclusion initiatives across all brands.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to HR team members on leveraging AI in their roles.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

  • Experience:

  • 5 years of HR experience with 2 years in an AIdriven HR environment.

  • Proven expertise in recruitment employee engagement and compliance.

  • Experience managing HR operations for diverse brands or business units is preferred.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS) and AI tools like Workday BambooHR or Zoho People.

  • Familiarity with AIpowered analytics platforms for workforce planning and reporting.

  • Strong understanding of automation workflows and predictive analytics in HR.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and decisionmaking abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.



Benefits

Compensation and Contract Details:

  • Salary:

  • Base: 40000 KES for managing HR functions across 4 brands.

  • Additional: 10000 KES per extra brand up to a maximum of 8 brands.

  • Hours: Fulltime 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.

  • Contract:

  • Initial duration: 3 months renewable based on performance and evolving company needs.
