Job Description
The Techno/Functional Lead is a responsible for overseeing both the technical and functional aspects of NetSuite implementations bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions by designing developing and managing customizations within the NetSuite platform requiring a deep understanding of both business processes and technical capabilities within the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs translate them into functional specifications and design NetSuite solutions that align with those requirements.
- System Architecture and Design:
Lead the technical design of NetSuite customizations including custom fields record types workflows and integrations with other systems ensuring optimal system performance and scalability. - Implementation and Deployment:Manage the implementation process including configuration data migration testing and deployment of NetSuite solutions to production environments.
- Technical Leadership:Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and functional consultants on best practices for NetSuite development and customization.
- System Maintenance and Support:Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to users postimplementation.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- Deep NetSuite Expertise:Proven experience in all core NetSuite modules (Financials Sales Inventory Purchasing etc.) and advanced knowledge of SuiteFlow SuiteAnalytics and other development tools.
- Technical Skills:Strong understanding of database concepts web technologies and integration methodologies to connect NetSuite with external systems.
- Business Acumen:Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
- Communication and Collaboration:Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders gathering requirements and managing expectations.
