Prado Power a leader in the renewable energy industry is seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Executive Assistant/Associate to the CEO with a strong engineering background. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to work directly with the CEO in driving strategic initiatives fostering innovation and supporting the organization s growth and impact in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO managing schedules communications and highlevel administrative functions.
- Provide technical and strategic support to the CEO leveraging engineering expertise to contribute to decisionmaking.
- Coordinate and prepare reports presentations and research materials for executive meetings and strategic planning.
- Monitor and track the progress of key projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Liaise with internal departments external stakeholders and strategic partners to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
- Support the CEO in managing priorities setting goals and driving performance across teams.
- Conduct industry research and analysis to inform strategic initiatives and provide actionable recommendations.
- Represent the CEO in meetings events and engagements as required ensuring professionalism and attention to detail.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Manage special projects and assignments as delegated by the CEO ensuring timely and quality delivery.

- A Master s degree in Engineering (preferably renewable energy electrical or mechanical).
- A minimum of 23 years of professional experience in a similar role or in the renewable energy/engineering sector.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent organizational project management and timemanagement abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently take initiative and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Passion for renewable energy and commitment to sustainability principles is a strong plus.
