Our client an online B2B platform offering a comprehensive marketplace for chemicals and materials is seeking to hire a Senior Trade Associate. This role will be responsible for executing the overall sales strategy to meet revenue targets and growth objectives. The Senior Trade Associate will collaborate with the trade team to generate leads foster client relationships achieve sales targets and ultimately address customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth target.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
- Build and promote strong longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them to understand their needs.
- Identify emerging market.
- Understand our ideal clients and how they relate to our service offering.
- Work to build a sales pipeline.
- Maintain and grow strategic industry relationships and network.
- Liaise accordingly with the vendor team for products.
- Prepare weekly and quarterly reports.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Responsible for endtoend receivables.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree preferably in Chemistry Industrial Chemistry Chemical Engineering or other related fields
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales in either of the following chemical categories: Food and Pharmaceutical Water Treatments Plastics Industrial Chemicals or Minerals/Mining
- Well exposed to the Food and Pharmaceutical Water treatment Plastics Mineral/Mining and Industrial Chemical industries in Nigeria.
- Strong Communication skills

- Attention to detail
- High integrity level.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM
