Job Summary:
The Strategy and Wealth Manager will be responsible for driving strategic growth opportunities for the company by developing and executing business strategies managing key partnerships and fostering business expansion. This role requires expertise in financial planning investment management and risk assessment to deliver exceptional service and results to clients particularly highnetworth individuals and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Business Development:
- Identify and assess new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert them into clients.
- Build develop and maintain strong client relationships ensuring effective followup and closing of business deals.
- Generate business prospects for new and existing customers ensuring sustained business growth.
- Design and implement strategic plans to meet business growth objectives.
- Lead the execution of business development strategies that will contribute to revenue growth.
- Provide financial advisory services to highnetworth clients and institutions focusing on optimal asset allocation.
- Prepare and deliver investment presentations to senior management and clients as required.
- Ensure clients fully understand the benefits and terms of services provided.
Financial Responsibilities:
- Achieve targeted fund mobilization within 60 days of resumption by securing costeffective deposits.
- Generate and track new business leads while monitoring key performance metrics related to business development activities.
- Regularly report on business development progress and outcomes.
Partnership Management:
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships to support business growth.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with partners and clients.
- Cultivate longterm relationships with key partners to ensure mutual success.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of business development and wealth professionals ensuring alignment with the company s strategic goals.
- Create and foster a collaborative resultsoriented team culture.
- Provide relevant market insights and strategic guidance to the investment team.
- Oversee effective deal and rate negotiations to maximize business opportunities.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure that all business development activities comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with new business ventures.
- Maintain adherence to internal policies and compliance procedures.
Reporting & Communication:
- Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO and senior management regarding business development progress and outcomes.
- Effectively communicate strategic plans and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
