We are seeking a reliable and proactive Company Secretary to join our team and support our administrative and corporate compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative and secretarial duties to support company operations.
- Maintain and organize company records documents and correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling meetings preparing minutes and maintaining proper documentation.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with relevant corporate requirements.
- Manage office communication emails and inquiries professionally.
- Perform other clerical tasks as assigned by management.

- Minimum of OND in any field.
- Must reside near Jabi Abuja or be willing to commute daily.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
