Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Company Secretary to join our team and support our administrative and corporate compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative and secretarial duties to support company operations.
  • Maintain and organize company records documents and correspondence.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings preparing minutes and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with relevant corporate requirements.
  • Manage office communication emails and inquiries professionally.
  • Perform other clerical tasks as assigned by management.


Requirements


Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in any field.
  • Must reside near Jabi Abuja or be willing to commute daily.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
