Job Description

  • Handle phone calls emails and correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Prepare format and proofread documents.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems both electronic and paper.
  • Manage office supplies and handle routine clerical tasks.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant preferably in a law firm.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • 23 years of experience
  • Candidate should reside around Ikoyi or its environs
  • Proactive individual with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
