They are also a marketing partner empowering brands with our expansive media reach and 360degree inhouse marketing solutions. Due to expansion they need a Vice President Events Brand & Partnerships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand the companys flagship events establishing them as premier experiences that drive audience engagement brand partnerships and revenue.
- Develop creative themes and experiences that reinforce the companys brand identity positioning events as foundational in the companys D2C and community strategy.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the companys mission boosting visibility and credibility across the continent.
- Implement CRM and audience engagement strategies to support community growth using events to build meaningful connections.
- Develop and manage budgets for events and partnerships ensuring resources are used effectively to maximize impact.
- Track and report on financial performance and ROI for events and partnerships adjusting strategies as necessary to meet financial targets.
- Build and lead a highperforming team focused on events branding partnerships and community engagement.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and high standards.
- Capture audience insights to refine event and community strategies ensuring the companys offerings remain relevant and engaging.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in brand management event planning or partnership development preferably within a highgrowth or multinational context.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and brand visibility through strategic partnerships highprofile events and community initiatives.
- Strong leadership teambuilding negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent project management abilities with a keen eye for detail and a resultsoriented mindset.
- Creative problemsolving skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities with experience building partnerships with major brands influencers and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM tools to drive audience engagement and support communitybuilding efforts.
- Strong analytical skills to assess brand impact and audience engagement.
