We are seeking a creative and resultsdriven Executive Assistant & Brand Manager to lead our branding and digital marketing efforts driving visibility engagement and growth.



Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness customer engagement and lead generation.
    • Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels including social media email marketing SEO/SEM and content marketing.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
    • Develop innovative campaigns that strengthen the company s brand identity and positioning.
    • Oversee the creation of highquality engaging and relevant content for digital platforms.
    • Manage website updates blog posts and other digital assets to enhance the user experience.
    • Build and maintain a strong social media presence on platforms such as Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and Twitter.
    • Plan and execute social media campaigns analyze performance and implement improvements.
    • Monitor analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns.
    • Use datadriven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
    • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
    • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
    • Stay updated on industry trends customer behaviors and emerging digital technologies.
    • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.


Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Communications or a related field. A Master s degree is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in digital marketing branding or related roles.
    • Experience in managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable results.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics Ads Manager Hootsuite and MailChimp.
    • Strong understanding of SEO PPC social media advertising and content marketing.
    • Excellent content writing and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Ability to create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • High level of creativity and innovation.
