Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness customer engagement and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels including social media email marketing SEO/SEM and content marketing.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Develop innovative campaigns that strengthen the company s brand identity and positioning.
- Oversee the creation of highquality engaging and relevant content for digital platforms.
- Manage website updates blog posts and other digital assets to enhance the user experience.
- Build and maintain a strong social media presence on platforms such as Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns analyze performance and implement improvements.
- Monitor analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns.
- Use datadriven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends customer behaviors and emerging digital technologies.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Communications or a related field. A Master s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in digital marketing branding or related roles.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics Ads Manager Hootsuite and MailChimp.
- Strong understanding of SEO PPC social media advertising and content marketing.
- Excellent content writing and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
